Behind every site are individuals, and behind each of those is an origin story. Windy City Stitchers started long before the namesake began in 2019. Katherine learned needlepoint at age twelve from her grandmother, "yiayia", who had learned from her mother. Little did they know, what started as an opportunity to pass on a tradition grew into a passion and obsession for Katherine. Fueled with a love for the art form, Windy City Stitcher brings together expertise and resources across a wide spectrum for needlepointers at all skill levels. Come. Learn. Grow. Share. At Windy City Stitcher, let's reach our next level, together.
Founder
An avid needlepoint enthusiast, Katherine founded windycitystitcher to share her passion and bring together likeminded individuals to share in every aspect of the craft.
